Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V smartphone is up for pre-order via Letsbuy, in India. With similarities galore to its predecessor Xperia Neo, this Gingerbread device sports a 3.7-inch multi- touch display powered by Mobile Bravia engine proffering crisp and clear images.
Neo V sports a 5MP camera on its rear panel and is complete with LED flash, auto focus and 3D sweep Panorama for photography aficionados. It also offers video capabilities at 720p HD @30fps. It is also said to work well in low-lighting conditions. To store these captured moments and more, it comes with a 32MB of internal storage and wraps in a 2GB memory expandable up to 32GB. Plus, it is fitted with a 1500mAh battery so that users can converse for up to 7 hours on a single charge.
Apart from the handset being 3G capable, it incorporates other basic specs namely GPRS, EDGE and Wi-Fi. Users can connect with their friends using video chat enabled Google Talk while they also have the Android Market at their disposal. In the bid to pump up its coolness quotient, it allows easy-messaging and instant access to Facebook. True to its smartphone behavior, it aims to digitally manage user’s personal as well as professional life.
Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V is expected to be available from October 12 and carries an M.R.P of Rs. 20,125. However, it is now up for pre-order on Letsbuy and is obtainable at an offer price of Rs. 17,999.
