Sony Ericsson’s low end Walkman phone W205, which hasn’t been released as yet, has a new color addition. It will now also be available in Creamy White apart from ambient black. However, the new color will only be available in select countries according to an article on semcblog. Apart from the color addition, this device is similar to the original W205.
This phone features a 1.8 inch display with 128 x 160 pixels. It possesses a 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording capabilities. This phone is packed with various multimedia features that offer an improved music experience like FM radio and walkman player with a TrackID feature. The phone also supports Bluetooth, Opera Mini Web browser and WAP 2.0 XHTML.
It sports a compact sliding design and has dimensions measuring 92 x 47 x 16.4mm and weighs 96g. It comes with a 5MB of internal memory that can be expanded upto 2GB. The battery life offers a talktime of upto 9 hours, a standby time of upto 425 hours and a music listening time of upto 13 hours.
The Sony Ericsson W205 had been officially publicized at the beginning of April and is set to start shipping in July 2009.
