Simmtroics Xpad Amazoid and Fundroid smartphones go up for sale

Simmtronics had announced that it will soon foray into the smartphone market of India with Xpad Amazoid, Fundroid and Smartdroid series of devices and now the company reveals that the former two ranges have already hit availability status. They will set you back by anything between Rs 3,499 and Rs 8,999.

The devices that have been launched in the country include the Xpad Amazoid M1 as well as the Fundroid Q1, Q2, Q4 and Q5. Lets first take a look at the M1 which is a 3G-enabled dual SIM smartphone powered by the Android Jelly Bean 4.2 OS. A 1.2GHz dual core processor powers it from within along with 512MB of RAM. Its other features include a 4.7-inch HD touchscreen, a 2MP webcam and an 8MP snapper amongst other things.

Simmtroics Xpad Phones Launch

Coming to the Q1, it is a Gingerbread-based dual SIM handset featuring a 3.5-inch touchscreen. You get 256MB of RAM as well as a 1GHz Cortex A5 processor and the device lets you make video calls and capture good-quality images and videos using a 0.3MP webcam and a 2MP camera. The Fundroid Q2 is pretty much similar to the Q1, but the former gives you a multi-touch real estate of 4 inches and ICS platform.

Simmtroics M1 and Q2

The Q4 is yet another smartphone featuring dual SIM card slots and a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen. It makes the most of the Ice Cream Sandwich platform and even tags along a pair of shooters. And the last device in the portfolio is the Q5, an Android 4.0-based smartphone featuring a 1GHz processor, a 4-inch touchscreen, a 5MP camera and a webcam.

Simmtroics Q4 and Q5

The Simmtroics Xpad Amazoid M1 costs Rs 8,999 and the Fundroid Q1, Q2, Q4 and Q5 have been priced at Rs 3,499, Rs 3,999, Rs 3,499 and Rs 4,999, respectively. These devices are available now through authorized dealers and e-commerce websites across India.
