Sharp introduces its latest cellphone called SH001 in Japan via KDDI’s CDMA 1X WIN 3G network. The main aspect of the phone is its 8MP camera that comes along with creative functions.
The SH001 phone’s 8MP camera will allow the users to capture high quality photos of special memories. The camera comprises of functions like autofocus and face recognition. High ISO setting enables a user to capture clear images in low light conditions without the use of flash. The phone sports a 3 inch LCD screen with 480 x 854 pixels.
The mobile phone supports GPS and Wi-Fi connectivity, allows users to share images with friends. It also allows users to access and download music. Softwares like dictionaries and e-wallet are also integrated in the device. The SH001 phone comes packed with an internal memory of 740MB which can be expanded via a microSD card slot.
The phone incorporates a special noise canceling feature that will allow users to have noise free conversations even in busy locations. A Slow Talk button has also been dedicated to the phone that will slow down the speech of the caller for better understanding. The SH001 phone also features a cut function that will allow users to copy text that flows over the character limit to convert it into an e-mail or a text message.
The Sharp SH001 phone will be available in three fashionable colors such as pink, white and black. The phone is expected to ship in this year and will be available at an expected price of $440.
