Clove has announced the HTC Desire C price and release date details for the UK, just after T-Mobile mentioned its data plans for the same. Its price is marked at £189.99 and it should land in the said country on May 24. This is the latest ICS treat to ride out of HTC quarters after the One series got its fair share of attention worldwide. Some of the overlapping specs include HTC Sense 4.0 and Beats Audio, apart from the Android 4.0 OS.
On the hardware front, the front panel of the device is dominated by a 3.5-inch display and it offers 4GB internal storage. There is an expansion slot for stretching the hoarding space and a 5MP main snapper. It features Dropbox for providing 25GB free online space for 2 years after activation. In terms of connectivity, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and 3G have been thrown into the mix.
The entire show is fueled by a processor ticking away at a speed of 600MHz. Additionally, it houses a 3.5mm headphone jack for playing out audio. Needless to mention, potential users can access an array of apps covering games, video and audio via Google Play. This smartphone is being labelled as one of the budget-friendly ICS handsets with a decent set of features on offer.
As per the HTC Desire C price and release date details, it will cost around £189.99 inclusive of VAT and it can be picked up via Clove UK’s official site. The phone is slated to begin shipping from May 24 onwards.
