Eddie is back on the iPhone with a new ePig Surf game. The latest from ePig games requires the surfboard equipped pig to ride the waves.
Eddie the pig shall be equipped with a surfboard. Players will have to take it through the surfing trip on their iPhones. The journey would be interrupted now and then with obstacles like islands, whirlpools, foggy weather and even rocks. Aquatic creatures like sharks, manta rays, dolphins, turtles, and the octopi with its tentacles will also try to knock Eddie off the surfboard. The more distance covered by the surfer, the faster the surfing gets.
The attractive retina display graphics are designed to enchant users. With increasing points along the route, players also have several surfboards to unlock. Even if surfing Eddie through the waves is easily done by just tilting the iPhone, the developers say that the game is easy to play but difficult to master. The game allows players to compete with friends from all around the world through GameCenter leaderboards. The background music accompanying the surfer pig through the trip is also described as entertaining by the company.
The ePig Surf from ePig Games can be downloaded from iTunes. It is also available for iPad and iPod touch. Although the games may run fine on lower end devices as well, the company recommends using them on Arm7 devices like iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3rd generation.
