Having made its debut back in June, the ZTE Grand X LTE China Mobile price and release date details have now been confirmed by the company for launch in Hong Kong. Prospective buyers will soon be able to pick up the device at a street price of HK$3,180.

Running through a few highlights of the handset, it sports a 4.3-inch qHD display on through a buttonless mini tablet-like design. Fixed to the rear end is an 8MP camera with LED flash and full HD video recording capabilities. Plus, there is a front-facing snapper which facilitates face-to-face calls in 720p. This device rides into town on the Ice Cream Sandwich platform.

This handset is said to be the first single-chip LTE smartphone from the company to come with a dual core processor that operates at 1.5GHz. Users will be able to upload content to social networking websites like Facebook and Twitter and download games, movies and much more over 4G LTE and Wi-Fi. The phone also tags along Mobile Hotspot capabilities.

As mentioned above, the ZTE Grand X LTE China Mobile price and release date are confirmed for HK$3,180 and August 31, respectively. It will be available via CMHK outlets on launch, followed by countries in Asia Pacific during Q3 2012.
