50000 Yu Yureka Plus units sold at first flash sale, next one’s on July 30

At its first ever flash sale, 50000 units of the Yu Yureka Plus were sold through Amazon India. The device is the hottest new mid-range smartphone in the Indian market right now, taking into account its price of Rs 9999 and its features. It’s a small upgrade from its predecessor, with the only improvements being its touchscreen and camera.

Instead of a 5.5-inch 720p Gorilla Glass-protected display, the Yu Yureka Plus offers the same sized screen at 1080p full HD resolution. Its main camera of 13MP uses a Sony IMX214 CMOS sensor instead of the IMX135 model found in the older handset. Also, the new device is available in an additional color option of white so that buyers are not faced with the sole choice of dark gray.
