Xolo Q710s handset with Android KitKat OS released in India for Rs 6999

The Xolo Q710s is the latest addition to the Indian OEM’s lineup of affordable smartphones in the country and this one is priced at Rs 6999 only. The handset is yet to receive an official unveiling, but it’s existence and features can be confirmed since it’s now listed on the company’s main website.

The Xolo Q710s is being touted as a very skinny phone, but someone ought to tell the OEM that a 9mm design with a 2000mAh battery isn’t anything impressive. In fact, we’ve seen bigger power packs getting squeezed into thinner designs. The smartphone is no different from your average entry-level Android release.

A microSD slot is also present and it can accept cards of up to 32GB capacity. The Q710s comes with a 4.5-inch qHD IPS touchscreen and a 1.3MP camera on the front panel.

Where battery life is concerned, the Xolo headset is capable of around 12 hours of talk time or 4.8 hours of web browsing on 3G networks.
