An unannounced Xolo Q3000 smartphone has cropped up through an online retailer. Going by the specs, it’s a nice and proper upgrade from the Q2000 should you choose to compare their features. The handset has a large 5.7″ touchscreen which puts in the league of mid-range phablets that are all the rage these days.
This is the second Xolo device which has broken cover this week, the other one being the LT900 TDD-LTE. The Q3000’s 5.7″ display uses IPS technology to deliver decent viewing angles and sports 1080p full HD resolution. The phone gets its steam from Android Jelly Bean, 2GB of RAM and a quad core chipset clocked at 1.5GHz. The 4000mAh battery powering it is apparently good for 21 hours of 3G talk time.
The rest of the impressive features on the specifications sheet cover a 13MP camera on the back panel and a 5MP one above the screen. To no one’s surprise, there are dual SIM slots under the hood and white may be the only color option in which you can pick up this handset. The Xolo Q2000 is pegged at Rs 14,999. So don’t expect to pay anything less for its successor.
Flipkart hasn’t revealed the price of the Xolo Q3000 as yet. It’s only listed as Coming Soon for now. We’ll update you with the cost and release date details as soon as they’re available. The device will come with a flip cover and USB OTG cable.
