Last month saw the unveiling of the new Xolo Chromebook laptop which was revealed to have been a Snapdeal exclusive offering, and the device has now finally landed on the said e-commerce website. Available an extremely affordable price of Rs 12999, this notebook of course runs Google’s very own internet-friendly Chrome OS.
This means most of your experience on the Xolo Chromebook will revolve around Google services like Drive, Gmail, the Chrome browser, YouTube and more. This operating system has been created with an aim of providing a fast, simple and secure computing experience to those who spend most of their time on the web.
It’s standard software for all Chromebook laptops. Coming back to the new Xolo offering that has just been released, it features a pretty modest array of specs that are highlighted by its 11.6-inch TFT display bearing a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.

Xolo has furthermore infused it with a 1.8GHz quad core Rockchip RK3288 Cortex A-17 processor, an ARM Mali-T764 GPU and 2GB worth of RAM. There’s just 16GB of storage onboard this laptop, clearly because Google wants you to employ its Drive cloud platform for satisfying your storage needs. Despite this, you’re being offered a microSD card slot with it.
