The Xolo Black X1 has been launched in India and is set to retail exclusively through Snapdeal priced at Rs 9999. Registrations for the November 6 sale of the phone have begun. It has some pretty decent features to make up for the asking amount.
The dual-SIM Xolo Black X1 is the second entry in the series of online-only 4G smartphones. It boasts of leather finishing on the top and bottom, a glass back and metal sides. Coming to its specs, the handset sports a 5-inch full HD IPS display with a pixel density of 441ppi.
One of the main highlights of the Black X1 is its camera setup. There’s a 13MP shooter on its rear surface with LED flash, Image Stabilization and PDAF (Phase Detection Autofocus). The latter allows for focus speeds of 0.15 seconds. Selfies can be taken with a 5MP front-facing lens accompanied by LED flash.
Beneath the hood, the Xolo phone is powered by an octa-core 64-bit 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 processor coupled with a Mali-T720 GPU. In terms of memory, it houses 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Users who run out of space can add up to 128GB of extra room via a microSD card slot.

The Black X1 carries Android 5.1 Lollipop with a layer of Hive Atlas UI skimmed on top. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0, USB OTG, GLONASS and GPS.
