Xolo Black 1X launching on October 28, specs leaked

The Xolo Black 1X is arriving in India on October 28 and will be the second entry in the series of affordable handsets. The company is hosting a virtual event for the occasion live on Twitter from 12 pm to 1 pm. With the launch less than a week away, Xolo is busy dropping hints on Twitter.

The unveiling of the Xolo Black 1X is set to be followed by a Q&A with the brand’s business head Sunil Raina via video app Periscope. The manufacturer had earlier confirmed that all the models in the lineup will only be sold online and come with 4G support. The phones prices are supposed to vary between Rs 8000 and Rs 20000.

While the company has been mum on specific details about the Black 1X, GFXBench has already put up a list of specifications of the Xolo Black 1X. According to the website, the smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and contains 32GB of internal memory. It carries a 4.6-inch full HD display with gesture support for at least 5 fingers.

Under the hood, the Xolo device is powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor, working in collaboration with 3GB of RAM and an ARM Mali-T720 GPU. It houses a 12MP rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and face detection, alongside a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
