WoNoBo street view application makes its debut on the Google Play store

WoNoBo, a website that gives users a visual tour of multiple places across India has launched its dedicated Android application to help users navigate. It offers street view and 360-degree navigation of some of the major cities in the country. You can not only see these places on your phone, but also share them with friends and family almost instantly.

Like most other similar applications, you can expect WoNoBo to offer accurate turn-by-turn navigation and walking directions to various locations. You can access 360-degree walkthroughs of streets in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune, Agra, Jaipur, Kolkata, Surat, Chennai, Bhopal, Patna, Amritsar amongst others.

Apart from streets, you can even use the application for virtually visiting monuments and heritage sites such as Taj Mahal, Elephanta Caves amongst others. And if that’s not enough, you can even get an interior view of a number of hotels and shopping malls.

In the initial stages, the application will not be able to use the mobile phone’s GPS to show merchants in a particular area. However, the feature has been added and should be rolled out sometime in the near future. The service has already tied up with around 4.5 million merchants across the country and a page of interest has been created for each of them.

The WoNoBo street view application is now available through Google Play store.
