Wirefly to retail Samsung Droid Charge on Verizon’s network

Samsung Droid Charge Just few days ago, we reported about Verizon Wireless prepping to widely release the Samsung Droid Charge beginning today. Extending its availability, Wirefly has put up the Android-powered Droid Charge on Verizon Wireless’ network for sale on its online retail website.

Manufactured by Samsung, the Droid Charge smartphone runs on Android 2.2 and is powered by a 1GHz Hummingbird processor. It encompasses a brilliant 4.3″ super AMOLED plus touchscreen display with 480 x 800p resolution to deliver an unrivaled multimedia screening experience.

The handset jackets a rear facing 8MP LED flash-enabled camera and a front-facing 1.3MP camera for video chat. The various connectivity features proffered by the device include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS support and more. The phone also comes equipped with a micro-HDMI port for providing users with the ability to connect it to an HDTV for watching movies or streaming content on the big screen.
