With Mobile World Congress event just around the corner, the Windows Phone 7 is riding on a sleigh of anticipations to mark its long awaited debut. And agreed, words about the features and functionality have also been eddying all around. Now, according to PPCGeeks, the new Windows Phone 7 details have finally emerged from the depths.

Apparently, the user interface of the device is based upon codenamed ‘Metro’. It will be pretty much similar to the Zune HD user interface with a complete revamp of the ‘Start’ screen. The user interface is designed to be very clean and alive.

Seemingly, there won’t be any Flash support. Windows Phone 7 will only lend support to application installation through service based delivery. Application installation via storage card will not be possible.

Further, Marketplace will now support ‘try before you buy’ feature and there will be full Zune integration, reveals PPCGeeks. In addition, Windows Mobile Device Center will no longer be used and OEM interfaces won’t be allowed to run on the device.

Reportedly, there will be full Xbox gaming integration and support for social networking as well.

Hopefully, the all-new Windows Phone 7 pans out in seizing hearts of all.
