Players can encounter the special GTI editions at full speed in a 3D cockpit view on photorealistic paths, mainly moving through guarded industrial places. The app unravels the complete cascade of cult cars from the first Golf up to the Golf GTI edition 35. Additionally, it includes a virtual 3D showroom that will display the details of the vehicle and is inclusive of prime features for the 35th anniversary of the line up.

There are two modes of the game, namely Time trials as a single discipline and Career as one-on-one races against the complete historic series. The customizable vehicle data and acoustics should add to the immersive game quality. What’s more, GPS pre-installed in the game menu enables Volkswagen dealer search, a neat way of advertising the brand.
The Volkswagen Golf GTI Edition 35 can be downloaded for free and is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.
