First Aid is one of the essential needs, owing to unexpected mishaps. Understanding the need of first aid specially while on the move or when emergency personnel are not reachable, VisionSync has designed a helpful app dubbed iMobile Care, for the iPhone.
The primary intention of designing the iMobile Care iPhone app has been to provide information, updates and alerts about the H1N1 or Swine Flu virus. Later on VisionSync team decided to diversify the iMobile Care app by including a user friendly guide for facilitating fast care. Now the app offers help during several critical conditions including asthma attacks, burns, injuries, chest pains, dizziness, car accidents, food poisoning, heat stroke, hypothermia, pains and strains and shock. All these are categorized under the ‘Conditions and Situations’ category in the iMobile Care iPhone app.
Followed by a through research by the VisionSync team, a personalized, dynamic, interactive and user-friendly interface is designed. The interface facilitates users to create settings based on their personal conditions and situations. Further the app incorporates location-aware and mapping component, search and navigation button, SOS distress signal button as well as emergency button (911 for USA). iMobile Care also features image capturing button for snapping and storing photos following serious situations like insect bites, car accidents, and injuries.
