Verizon unveils LG enV TOUCH, enV3 and Glance

Verizon joins hands with LG to bring out three new phones called LG enV Touch, LG enV3 & LG Glance. All these phones support text and multimedia messaging with threaded messaging. They are Bluetooth and Chaperone Parent capable and also sport the VZ NavigatorSm.

LG Glance, the first phone released by Verizon has a 1.3 megapixel camera. This phone sports a super slim design with a woven metal back plate. The LG enV Touch has 3” external touch screen and 3” internal screen. It comprises of a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, flash and an image editor. The exclusive feature of this handset is that it can read documents in several file formats such as doc, xls, PPT and PDF from any microSD card. The last phone, namely the LG en V3 has a 2.6” internal and 1.56” external screen with a 3.0 megapixel camera.

The LG enV3 and LG enV Touch have a full QWERTY keyboard and the phones automatically start a reply message once the user reads a message. Additionally, these phones have HTML Web browsing capability and a Media Centre. The centre can store and download music from V CAST Music with Phapsody, games and more. Both the phones offer a Visual Voice Mail and an optional removable memory microSD card with support for up to 16GB of data.

The phones also incorporate Mobile Email, Mobile Web, Mobile Instant Messaging and Chat. They can save up to 10 contacts as favorites and also have Bluetooth connectivity. The handsets, handsfree with car kits, object push for VCard and vCal as well access to the phonebook are all supported by the Bluetooth technology.

All three phones will hit Verizon Wireless Communications Stores on June 5, 2009. The LG enV3 will be offered for a price of $129.99 while the LG enV Touch and the LG Glance will cost $149.99 and $49.99 respectively.
