UC Browser 10.7 for Android comes with new homepage and more

UCWeb has rolled out a major update for Android users of its popular UC Browser app, calling version 10.7 of the tool its most significant upgrade in a while. Fans of the application can expect a new UI and faster loading speeds.

UC Browser now has a customizable navigation page which contains a set of tabs arranged like cards. Each page gives a person faster access to different types of content. The in-app widgets can be rearranged according to a user’s preferences. The applications further lets consumers pin one to the top, meaning it will be the first to appear when the app is opened.

UCWeb has added a number of specially designed background wallpapers to the new version of the tool. The update also makes use of the application’s cloud computing technology to cut down on the time it takes for a website to load.
