The most awaited update to the renowned iPhone Twitter application is now available on the App store. The Twitterrific 2.1 packages a host of innovative features and also incorporates several enhancements, claims IntoMobile.
Reportedly, the latest version of Twitterrific features the ‘Load More’ button that facilitates users to obtain older tweets in timeline. Followers and following lists have also been added to the author view. The improved app offers support to recording, posting, and viewing of videos. Even the account viewer and picker are now added to main toolbar and posting view. The version 2.1 features a built-in browser that supports the landscape mode.
The latest version allows users to tap and hold menus added for tweet, links and photos. Further, ‘Reply’ and ‘Retweet’ are added to tap shortcuts. The Twitterrific 2.1 app offers advanced bookmarking and added in-app email support. To view avatars in full-size, users just need to tap on the avatar in author view. Users can also translate tweets with the action bar in this enhanced app. The app is optimized for the iPhone 3GS.
In addition to the improvements, Twitterrific 2.1 is inclusive of several bug fixes.
Reportedly, version 2.1 is now available for $3.99. Apart from the lite edition, a free version of the app is also offered.
