Want that cute little blue birdie to jet over the iPhone screen? Or just feel like tweeting? For social networking bugs who like to tweet and stay connected, Infoteria has recently announced a new Calendar application, TwitCal, for iPhone users.

The newly released app can be used to share, follow and publish even information through Twitter. TwitCal manages a personal agenda and instantly builds an original social calendar. Users can tweet event details, follow calendars, share with friends and feel good.

The app effortlessly ‘tweets’ updates to Twitter’s time line. Tweeting with TwitCal is easy. The user just selects an event and lightly touches the ‘Tweet’ button. Apart from this, users can import tweeted events into their own TwitCal calendar.

The new offering is a simple and intelligent event management calendar app for iPhone, capable of following the public calendar continually. Users can mash up an original social calendar with the latest event information. The app can instantly share calendar events with friends who can then use Twitter to import event detail into TwitCal on an iPhone.

Further, TwitCal manages a personal agenda and puts it at fingertips through the unique multiple Day List, Week, 2 Weeks, Month and Hybrid (Month and Day) views. In addition, official widgets enable automatic synchronization between TwitCal and Google Calendar or iCal.

The TwitCal application can now be downloaded from Apple’s App Store.
