TrulyMadly love app outed for Android, but would you trust a stranger online?

You’d say stupid things like ‘a phone is the best way to find real love’ if you’d launched a TrulyMadly app and were trying to drum up publicity for it. But let’s all be grownups here and consider the fact that it’s much easier for creeps to disguise their real personality in the virtual world.

While we’re happily willing to diss TrulyMadly co-founder, Rahul Kumar’s, careless words about discovering real love online, the application does have some good features hidden just below the surface. Picture a strict nanny who only lets you meet people she’s approved of and there you have it.

TrulyMadly App

The TrulyMadly app sucks up all the information you’re willing to provide and uses this to show you profiles which may be compatible with yours. It thankfully doesn’t let people surf through the site and woo just about any user who appeals to them. In that sense, it integrates a great method of ensuring members aren’t spammed or harassed by others.

The ‘love’ application has an interesting element called Trust Score which authenticates profiles through the associated LinkedIn or Facebook accounts. The app also asks users to optionally raise the trust factor of their avatars by offering personal data such as their employment information, passport or ID proof and phone number. Members are only delivered relevant and verified matches based on this.

Android Love Apps

The match-making TrulyMadly app appears to be as good as an arranged marriage service and is supported by a proprietary compatibility algorithm which also bases its final results on personality quizzes completed by users. The company already has a website sharing the same name and now the new application has been rolled out for Android device owners.

You can check out the TrulyMadly app for Jelly Bean 4.3 or higher gadgets, by visiting this link to Google Play Store. We don’t know if an iOS version is in the works as yet.
