iPhone users can now play a modern remake of the classic Morpion Solitaire with a few twists. Tofu Head has now announced the launch of LineX and LineXLite. A game that used to be played on paper will now just need the iPhone.
The goal of this game is to draw as many lines as possible and do so as quickly as one can. This game promises hours of fun-filled moments as it comes with simple controls together with easy to learn game mechanics. This latest version will also come with five different start levels with three different difficulties.
“Nearly all college students in Finland, at least, have been playing Morpion Solitaire to spend time inlectures. We wanted to bring this classic game to the 21st century and with the intuitive controls that theiPhone offers us it’s finally possible.” commented Tofu Head founder Jari Kalinainen. “LineX offers one of the best casual puzzle experiences to date. The game that used to need pen and paper will now onlyrequire the iPhone.”
Some of the features that can be found in this game include intuitive touch controls, ability to earn extra dots, automatic save on exit, undo line and dot, help function to visualize an available line, in game sound effects, high Score lists and comic style graphics.
One should also keep in mind that the LineXLite does not contain full implementation. The LineX is now available in App Stores while the LineXLite can soon be availed in the course of this month.
