Ting Samsung Galaxy S4, S3 Mini and HTC One coming soon, LTE devices also inbound

The Samsung Galaxy S4, S3 Mini and the HTC One are all soon going to feature in Ting’s list of available smartphones in the US, as stated on the network provider’s official blog. The report goes on to say that the carrier will, in addition to these, be marking the entrance for LTE data devices as well.

Considering all the hubbub which has been circulating around the S4, it’s hardly a surprise that multiple network providers would be racing against each other to get their hands on the device once it has been unveiled. The much talked about smartphone adds a number of enhancements to its credit, starting with Smart Pause that detects the focus of users’ eyes and automatically stops or resumes an on-going video. Other attributes include Dual Shot, Dual Recording and Dual Video Call, all enabled by the two cameras that dwell on the phone.

The One has been weaving in and out of the news ever since its first rumor surfaced last year. The device brings to the fore the use of an UltraPixel sensor which reads 4MP, as the main camera, a 1.7GHz quad core Snapdragon 600 processor and a 2300mAh battery. The Sense UI introduces three new elements – BlinkFeed, Zoe and BoomSound.

The final phone in line is the S3 Mini which is self explanatory – The miniature version of the company’s successful endeavor. This tiny Jelly Bean device consists of a form factor that measures 121.55mm x 63mm x 9.85mm and weighs in at a miniscule 111.5 grams. Those looking for a cheaper and smaller variant of the original offering can consider this as an option.

HTC One

The carrier’s blog states that due to delays and other issues it hasn’t been able to showcase any LTE device for so long. But now, it seems to have overcome that setback and will be exhibiting these handsets for reservation within 6 weeks.

S3 Mini

Ting reports that the Samsung Galaxy S4 should be up on their website for pre-order in 6 to 8 weeks, which it claims will be around the same time that major carriers would house the phone. The device will be sold without a contract and for the full unlocked price. The HTC One can also be pre-booked in around 30 days time. The S3 Mini would be up for reservation within the same time window as the South Korean company’s latest offering.
