The Sims fanatics can now expand their Sim world with the new The Sims 3 World Adventures made available for the iPhone users by EA. The new version enables players to travel with their Sims across three-real-world inspired destinations in Egypt, France and China. With a trip to each of these places, Sims get an opportunity to have an adventure or even stumble upon love.
Users may find the game interesting enough to be played in an improved yet classic ‘The Sims’ manner. Players are allowed to choose from over a dozen goals, mini-games, town maps and update their Sim with new personalities, careers and quests. With the available new destinations, Sims can socialize with the locals, find love and even hold grudges against them. The innovative game offers players to choose clothing style and facial characteristics to suit the country they are visiting.
Adam Sussman, Vice President, Worldwide Publishing, EA Mobile feels that the latest version will be appreciated by The Sims fans globally. He goes on to say that, “We are excited to announce the release of The Sims 3 World Adventures on iPhone and iPod touch. The Sims franchise has been an enormous success having sold millions of units on mobile devices worldwide.”
The game has been incorporated with tunes produced by seven artists in the Sims official language, Simlish. The artists who have contributed to make the game interesting include Grammy award winner LeAnn Rimes, Matt + Kim, Katie Melua, Young Punx!, and others. Users are also allowed to import/export the appearance of their Sims from the existing versions to the new one.
The Sims 3 World Adventure has been made available for the global audience on the App Store via the iPhone and also online at itunes.com/appstore. Users can alternatively purchase the game from other wireless carriers for feature phones as well.
