Tata Indicom has launched a special plan for Rs 91 which lets users in Delhi dial up local and STD numbers at a very low rate of 1 paisa per second, that’s one hundredth of a rupee. In other words, if you live in the capital of India and sign up for the new scheme, you can make a local or STD call for just 60 paise per minute.
The plan has been packaged under the name PV (Plan Voucher) 91 and it brings in extra talk time, data and text messages too. Tata Indicom, which happens to be the CDMA arm of Tata Teleservices in the Delhi telecom circle, has rolled this out as a prepaid voucher for its subscribers and the extras are available only to new customers.
The plan is valid for up to six months and Ajit Chaturvedi from Tata Indicom insists that PV 91 provides a ‘complete nobility solution’ to users. The cost of the scheme is Rs 91 as we mentioned above, and new subscribers can look forward to an extra of 100 local or STD minutes per month for 180 days, 100 local or national texts every month for 6 months and 1GB of data each month for 90 days.

For those who signed up to the Tata Indicom network in June 2014 or after that, there are 3 months of additional local or STD mobile calls at 1 paisa per second. The benefits aren’t valid on roaming and users will have to cough up regular prices when outside the Delhi service area.
