Users of Windows Phone devices now have yet another option to connect with loved ones miles away owing to the Tango video calling app that just made its debut appearance at the Windows Marketplace. This application lets users make free video calls over 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi.

Windows Phone users are enabled to video chat with anyone who has the Tango app installed on their PC, smartphone or tablet devices. Fans have the option of starting a call with only their voice and then conveniently switching to a video call if they wish to see the other person, by simply tapping on the camera icon.

This application automatically finds friends of users who already use Tango. The easy to use app lets users invite their friends to video chat through text or email. The company claims that the app is so simple that users can create their account in less than five seconds as no password or login ID is required to operate Tango.
