Giving users the opportunity to custom design their own sidekick Shell, T-mobile is reportedly working on a Sidekick 2008. Highly anticipated by Sidekick Gekko/ Aspen/ 2008 lovers, T-mobile will offer user-swappable face-plates /shells where the users create their own original designs.
With the sidekick customiser webpage still under construction, the HipTop should supposedly comprise of features that will let users browse and vote on other Sidekicker’s creations with a Flash Heavy interface and a social networking aspect. Sourced from SkinIt, the custom shells/face-plates/skins will let you make specifications to your Sidekick shell.
Sidekickers can eventually determine the appearance of their shell. With the exhibition of heaps of Sidekick customized shells, the apparent launch of a Sidekick Shell customiser portal is a rational decision by T-mobile.
T-mobile should toss the Sidekick 2008 shell customization page up and running anytime through 2008.
