The all new Spice Stellar Glide Mi-438 is a reasonably priced handset at Rs 5199, but its features are so run-of-the-mill you could guess most of them and get them right. No need to refer to the specifications given; we got every key detail save the camera, screen and battery right without even looking at the facts sheet.
The Stellar Glide Mi-438 is a handset with dual SIM slots, both of which can accept 3G cards. With its 4-inch capacitive screen, it is pretty small if you consider the budget phablets doing the rounds of the market these days. But never mind that if a device which will snugly fit the pocket is all you want, right?
Powering the Spice smartphone is a 1.3GHz dual core chipset, most probably from MediaTek. The device obviously runs on Android Jelly Bean and makes do with 512MB of RAM. Just in case you take issue with the 4GB of ROM, the memory can always be stretched to 32GB via the embedded microSD card slot. The 2MP camera on the back comes with a LED flash unit and for video conferencing over 3G or taking selfies and there’s a 1.3MP lens above the touchscreen.
