A new 4-inch Spice Stellar 445 has been unveiled in India for a price of Rs 5299, with Jelly Bean onboard instead of Android KitKat. But don’t be so quick to make your judgements yet, it comes with a quad core Snapdragon processor to explain the cost attached to it.

We can’t remember the last time Spice rolled out Android updates for any of its smartphones, so we don’t know when and if at all the Stellar 445 will receive Android 4.4. But if Jelly Bean serves your purposes just fine, then hear what the company has to say about the specs of its latest handset.
