A new Spice Stellar 405 handset has just been added to the market among the large number of affordable Android smartphones in India. Priced at only Rs 3299, this smartphone is looking to distinguish itself from other similar products by sporting a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
However, its maker has stopped short of mentioning the exact name of the chipset that’s being used by the device. It has indeed been said that a 1.2GHz quad core CPU and a Adreno 302 GPU form part of the Spice Stellar 405’s offerings; so we’re guessing that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 unit which is also present on the 3G model of the new Moto E has been granted to it.
This Spice handset bears a pretty small 4-inch monitor that’s able to dole its visuals out in a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Its rear surface can be found playing home to a 3.2MP camera that sits beside a flash meant for better night-time photography.
