Spice Stellar 4G LTE Handset Launched At INR 8499

A new Indian smartphone named Spice Stellar 519 has just broken cover, and the highlight of this device happens to be the fact that it supports 4G LTE networks. While its base price has been set at Rs 8499, it’s being sold at Rs 7999 through Saholic right now.

The Spice Stellar 519 4G LTE comes with Android 4.4.4 KitKat pre-installed on it, but there’s no word on whether or not it will be blessed with a Lollipop upgrade in the future. This handset happens to be among the very few affordable devices that offer 4G LTE support in the country.

Prime among them are the Moto E from Motorola and the Redmi 2 from Xiaomi. Additionally, the Yu Yureka, the Lenovo A6000, the Lenovo A7000 and a few other devices are cashing in on the 4G LTE factor as well, apart from Spice.

Here’s a neat look at the specs of the Spice Stellar 519 4G LTE:

– Display: 5-inch, 854 x 480 pixels
– OS: Android 4.4.4 KitKat
– CPU: 1.2GHz quad core
