Sony Xperia X, Xperia XA open up for pre-registrations in India

The Sony Xperia X and Xperia XA are officially up for pre-registrations in India via the company’s local website. People who sign up for it will be the first to know when the handsets hit the country.

The opening up of pre-registrations probably means the launch of the Sony Xperia X and Xperia XA isn’t that far off. The phones first hit the scene during the MWC in February this year. Notably, the brand had also launched the Xperia X Performance along with the other two at the time. However, there’s no sign of the third device on the company’s site.

This could either mean the X Performance isn’t making its way to India or could be arriving at a later time. As for the cost of the new phones, the Xperia X is priced at EUR 599 (roughly Rs 45000), while the Xperia XA can be snapped up at EUR 299 (about Rs 22500).
