ServersMan@iPhone application

A new application called ServersMan@iPhone has hit the App Store in Japan. The application developed by Freebit will transform the handset into a full blown web server.

The ServersMan@iPhone application will allow users to download and upload files between the iPhone and a remote computer via a web browser. Once the application is installed it will allow users to synchronize files between a computer and the iPhone.

Through this application, the files can be moved easily between the iPhone and other web connected devices. If the PC and the iPhone are on the same network then the connection is established easily. If the user happens to be on different networks, then the VPN software will establish the connection.

The ServersMan@iPhone application will act as a web server and will help users to transfer and sync files easily between the connected devices. The application is only available in Japanese while the English version is expected to arrive in March. The pricing details of the application are not known.
