Samsung Unveils Galaxy M54 5G With 108MP Camera And 6000mAh Battery

Samsung has launched in the Middle East a new smartphone called the Galaxy M54 5G, which boasts a 108MP camera and a 6000mAh battery, among other high-end specs. The mid-ranger appears to come in a single Silver color choice but has two different storage variants.

The Samsung Galaxy M54 5G shares a number of its specs with the Galaxy A54 5G that was unveiled in India a few days back. Like the said device, it ships with a 32MP selfie camera and 25W fast charging support.

Both the phones even run on the same 5nm Exynos 1380 chipset featuring an octa-core setup home to four Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.4GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz. The Galaxy M54 5G ships with 8GB of RAM, though it does offer storage options in 128GB and 256GB.

The OIS-equipped 108MP camera on its rear surface is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide unit and a 2MP macro camera. The device also sports a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus panel with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Although the Samsung Galaxy M54 has been found listed on the company’s official website, its price and release information remains unknown. The recently launched Galaxy A53 5G seems similarly positioned and has a price tag of Rs. 38,999 (about $474) attached to it.

However, that phone carries a 50MP main camera instead of a 108MP one. It also holds a 5000mAh battery inside it, giving it lesser juice to serve the daily needs of its users.

As we said, the price and availability details of the Samsung Galaxy M54 5G are a mystery. But it does look like a device only targeted only towards the Middle East region.
