‘Soul’, the latest flagship phone was unveiled by Samsung recently and this device will be launched at the Mobile World Congress conference in Barcelona.
Soul is short for ‘spirit of ultra’ and it is part of the company’s Ultra Edition line that combines stylish design and functionality.
The ultra slim Soul is about half an inch thick and features a 5-megapixel camera and camcorder with face detection, image stabilization, and Wide Dynamic Range.
This quad-band phone uses HSDPA which allows Internet access at up to 7.2 Mbps. Pictures, music and other media can be stored on a MicroSD card.
Magic Touch technology changes the icons according to which application is used – for example when the phone is in music mode, the music related icons light up.
Samsung’s Soul handset will be launched in Europe in April 2008.
