Samsung has added a new clamshell device to its portfolio, TwoStep SCH-R470 phone. The phone seems to be simple and has few easy-to use functions and features. It is a music phone that incorporates dedicated music controls.
The Samsung R470 phone has a large 2 inch TFT display screen with 176 x 220 pixels and has the ability to produce 262K colors. The phone is integrated with a music player and has external controls so that you can control the music. The stereo speakers will let you enjoy music with superior sound quality. The SCH-R470 phone features a 1.3 megapixel camera for photography and will allow text and multimedia messages.
It supports Bluetooth technology so that you can send and receive files. The phone also has the power to display text in multi-languages. The TwoStep phone can support external memory storage up to 8GB. The battery life of the phone is estimated to provide talktime up to 3 hours and standby time upto 10 days.
The Samsung SCH-R470 will be available in red, purple and orange colors. The phone will be available via U.S Cellular for $49.95 with 2 year service agreement.
