Samsung made public its brand new collection of smartphones at CommunicAsia 2009. These are called the Omnia II (I8000), the Omnia Pro B7610, the Omnia Pro B7320 and the Omnia Lite B7300. These full-touch and QWERTY smartphones are built on advanced technology and are designed to suit all kinds of mobile phone users.

The Omnia II I8000 offers an enhanced and convenient multimedia experience to customers using Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional. Its 3.5 inch AMOLED touchscreen display screen with WVGA resolution enables users to view images and data with supreme clarity. A simple structure and larger icons on the handset enables touch-optimized usability. The handset has arrangements for entertainment and fun with TouchWiz 2.0 User Interface and interactive 3D games. It also provides DVD like video recording at 480p with quick and speedy access to the internet. It supports 5.76Mbps HSUPA, 7.2Mbps HSDPA and Wi-Fi capabilities. As an exclusive feature, the phone offers user friendly Advanced R Touch which allows faster and more accurate touch response. Users can also store loads of content in the generous memory of up to 48GB.

The Omnia Pro B7610 is designed in a way to suit both the professional as well as the personal needs of users. The phone possesses the hybrid Touch and QWERTY keyboard bringing out greater productivity. Customers can conveniently work on various documents with Microsoft Office Suite and multiple email solutions provided through the device. The phone provides fast internet accessibility with Opera 9.5 in addition to HSDPA and Wi-Fi connectivity that enable speedy data transmission.
