Samsung Introduces New Array of Mobile Phones at CES 2008

Samsung has revealed an array of cutting-edge mobile phones for consumers. This showcasing was done at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2008. These mobile phones are expected to be first seen in the US markets.

The dual slider Samsung SGH-i450 is for music lovers as it offers touch wheel music navigation. As the handset slides down it activates the music player with the touch wheel navigation and enables users to control multimedia menus easily.

Samsung SGH-i450 supports smartphone features with Symbian S60 OS and runs with Symbian S60 3rd Edition operating system and allows one to download applications and perform multitasking features in high speed with HSDPA connectivity.

Samsung SGH-i450 also has metallic speakers which supports ICEpower amplifier developed by Bang & Olufsen, offering superb sound quality to consumers.

The second handset is the Samsung SGH-G800 which offers 5 mega-pixel camera with 3x optical zoom. This camera phone looks like a streamlined digital camera on one side and a fashionable mobile phone on the other side.

Samsung SGH-G800 has advance camera features like face detection and Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), which offers a very easy tool for sharing images and videos.

Samsung G800 also offers professional video editing functions for users to easily cut, paste, and edit their own films, and a mobile blogging feature which helps users to upload to their favorite User Created Contents (UCC) site very easily.

The Samsung SGH-i620 mobile phone features a vertical slide design with a QWERTY keyboard. This allows users to type their documents easily. It is a Windows Mobile 6.0 smart device which offers pod casting, RSS reader capabilities, music player and 2-megapixel camera.

Last but not the least, the Samsung SGH-i780 is a sleek smart device which also features a full QWERTY keyboard and full touch screen. The Windows Mobile 6.0 device features push email, GPS capabilities, an optical mouse, 2-megapixel camera and HSDPA technology.
