The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2018) has gotten launched in India as the brand’s latest affordable tablet. The slate has been slapped with a Rs 9500 price tag and is set to be sold starting from January 5.
Samsung’s making the Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2018) available in offline shops across India and Amazon. It’s announced a special deal in association with Reliance Jio which will grant buyers Rs 2000 as cashback. They’ll have to commit to a Rs 299 pack for 24 months in order to be eligible for the offer.
Once the first 12 months have been over and done with, Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2018) users will get Rs 800 deposited into their JioMoney account. They’ll then proceed to get Rs 1200 upon successful completion of the next 12 months.
The Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2018) is a pretty basic tablet as far as specs go. The company’s hoping to attract the attention of parents by including a Kids Mode. The feature includes children-focused educational content and parental safety controls like restricted app access and usage time limits.
