The Samsung Galaxy S5 is likely to be released in India and if the reports on the internet are anything to go by, then the gadget will set interested users back by around Rs 51,500. A retailer has even gone as far as to announce that the phone is now on pre-order and can be booked by paying Rs 1,500 as advance.
This retailer was none other than Mahesh Telecom which accurately revealed the arrival of multiple gadgets in the past. However, it has taken off the tweet from its profile on Twitter. The South Korean company might have asked it to do so in order to keep the details under wraps. While this could very well be the price, NDTV Gadgets has learnt from its sources that Samsung is still revising the amount. It will only be disclosed at the launch event which is slated to be held on March 27, that is, tomorrow.
