Samsung Galaxy S4 indistinct images shared through Twitter

The Samsung Galaxy S4 still dominates the news, even with only two days to go for the Unpacked event. This time however it isn’t exactly subject to a rumor or a leak; instead, the company amuses itself by letting out a glint of the device in question. At least that’s what it is expected to be.

It has been quite some time now, ever since the Galaxy S4 grabs have been seeping out in tidbits and yet, there is no saying whether this is the last piece of the puzzle. Purportedly, in order to build up the curiosity, the conglomerate has slapped onto its Facebook Timeline a murky picture revealing the silhouette of the smartphone.

Not only has the company used Facebook as a podium to promote the upcoming event, it also glues the same image to a tweet uploaded by its official account, @SamsungMobileUS. The only aspect that the picture gives out on a closer look is the absence of the earpiece which the GS3 so blatantly flaunts. Apart from this, the handset doesn’t radiate much of a difference, except a slightly widened screen perhaps.

Since the possibility of this being the last leak stares us in the eye, let’s roundup all the rumors that have cropped up as of now. Well there’s the likelihood of an incorporated 4.99-inch Super AMOLED display together with a 2.1MP webcam on the front. A 13MP camera and an LED flash are estimated to be roommates residing on the flip side.

A while ago, some leaked benchmark readings of the device had emphasized on the inclusion of an Exynos processor based on ARM’s architecture. Now, this may seem like any other CPU, barring the speculation that it may have 8 cores, containing quad core A15 and quad core A7. Additional aspects such as PowerVR SGX 544MP graphics, 2GB of RAM and Android 4.2, if proven true, could help draw the attention of top-notch smartphone buyers.

The countdown has begun and the Samsung Galaxy S4 is predicted to be device which will be stepping out from behind the curtains at the Unpacked event in New York. Whatever the case may be, the wait for ‘The Next Big Thing’ is almost over with March 14 approaching steadfastly. In the meantime, take a look at the second teaser for the smartphone, embedded above.
