The mysterious game started with a tweet that read ‘Destination: tgeltaayehxnx’ on the South Korean company’s official Twitter page. Simply put, unscrambling the anagram reveals the words ‘The Next Galaxy.’ In fact, there’s an entire domain going by the same title and it happens to be hosting the live countdown clock.
It was not too long ago that we spotted the invite to the Samsung Mobile Unpacked 2012 event where the phone will be unveiled. But the question remains as to why the company would jeopardize the May 3 excitement so soon. There’s apparently also a note scribbled ‘Discover how Samsung is about to challenge the way you view the Galaxy once more,’ for those who look close enough. As Engadget puts it, this entire countdown gig could reveal an anagram game of sorts and not necessarily the skinny on the S 3.
Either way, people not earnest enough to catch a glimpse of the star at the moment, can very well put their clocks to sleep. On the flip side, those keeping tabs on the new domain can just wait for the minutes left to fall steadily.
