Samsung Galaxy On Max unveiled in India

The Samsung Galaxy On Max has gotten unveiled in India, the brand’s latest attempt to capture the mid-range market segment. It’s been slapped with a Rs 16900 price tag and will go up for sale through Flipkart on July 10 at 11:59 pm.

Interestingly enough, the Galaxy On Max and month-old Galaxy J7 Max have a lot in common in terms of looks and specs. In fact, the only big differences between the two appear to be the newer phone’s MediaTek Helio P25 Lite processor and the fact that it doesn’t have a Smart Glow notification ring wrapped around its rear camera.

It seems the modifications were enough to warrant a change in cost since the older handset is currently available at Rs 17900. In that light, consumers could opt for the cheaper Galaxy On Max if they don’t mind not having a LED notification system to alert them.
