The Reliance Lyf Wind 5 has been launched in India, joining the slowly growing army of budget 4G handsets from the company’s stable. Like the other devices in the series, the phone’s main highlight is its support for LTE connectivity and VoLTE support.
The dual-SIM Reliance Lyf Wind 5 will be available soon via physical stores like Reliance Digital and Digital Xpress. It can be bought in exchange of Rs 6599, marking it for the highly competitive entry-level market segment. It doesn’t offer anything out of the ordinary for its sector other than the aforementioned 4G support.
Diving straight into its specs, the Lyf Wind 5 sports a 5-inch IPS LCD screen which outputs a resolution of 720p with a pixel density of 294ppi. A 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor helps it complete its daily tasks with the help of 1GB of RAM and an ARM MaliT720-Mp1 GPU.
