The Reliance Lyf Earth 2 has officially been launched in India, with the handset now the brand’s most expensive offering yet thanks to its Rs 20999 price tag. As such, the company has packed the phone with a number of features not commonly seen among its cheaper siblings.
For instance, the Reliance Lyf Earth 2 comes with both a fingerprint and iris scanner to keep the handset safe from prying eyes. The firm has further blessed the phone with encryption tools to protect photos, videos and social media apps. It also offers gesture-based shortcuts to conveniently draw a symbol on the phone’s screen to access a function without having to wake the phone up.
Another major highlight of the Reliance device is its 13MP rear and front camera. The former is accompanied by LED flash and laser autofocus, while the latter has been equipped with LED flash and phase detection autofocus (PDAF). The second apparently locks an image within 0.1 seconds to take quick selfies.
