At the aforementioned pandal areas in Mumbai, users will be able to turn on Wi-Fi through their device’s settings and scan for Jionet. They can type this in to log into the hotspot set up by the company.

If the system detects that a person is inactive for up to 30 minutes, it will automatically log them out. They can sign in once again with the same password that was sent to them earlier. Reliance Jio will collect the feedback they get from users to improve their network service.
