PopCap Games has released its casual game called the Bookworm for the iPhone. It is a highly popular word forming game that keeps you engaged for long hours. The new game inherits nearly the entire volume of words from the Oxford English Dictionary as well as various features that are found only in the iPhone version.
In the new Bookworm game, players can earn more points by forming longer or complicated words. Additionally, the players can gain extra bonus by producing variety of gem tiles and mega bonus when multiple gem tiles are used in a single word.

There are two game modes involved-Classic and Action. The turn based Classic game allows you to take your own time to form words while the Action mode game runs in real-time that adds a new red tile every few seconds. In the Action mode, your primary goal is to remove the red tiles before they reach the bottom of the grid and end the game.
The Bookworm game includes vocabulary of over 170,000 words from the Oxford English Dictionary as well as unlimited levels to keep up your rank in the hall of fame.
