Panasonic Eluga Icon gets launched via Amazon with 3500mAh battery

The Panasonic Eluga Icon is out now, and is trying to impress prospective buyers in India with its 3500mAh battery that’s touted to deliver 19 hours of talktime and 900 hours of standby time. This 4G LTE device can be grabbed via Amazon in exchange of Rs 10999.

The Panasonic Eluga Icon ships with a 5.5-inch display bearing an HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, and runs the Android 4.4 KitKat OS. This software is garnished by the company with its own ICON UI which adds several interesting features like the iSense hand gestures, a ‘double tap to wake’ feature and more.

The new Panasonic offering is run by the combination of a 1.5GHz octa core processor and 2GB worth of RAM. This assembly fits inside a 7.9mm thin body which happens to be just 147gms in weight.
